Ways to Make a Tax-Deductible Donation:

2) Mail a check to PO BOX 1974, Hamilton MT 59840 (make checks payable to: Sapphire Community Health and write "Imagination Library" in the memo line )

3) Call Sapphire Community Health at 406-541-0332 and make a credit card donation over the phone (be sure to specify that the donation is for the Imagination Library Program)

Your Donation Supports:

A gift of $1,000 supports books for 40 children for one year

A gift of $500 supports books for 20 children for one year

A gift of $125 supports books for one child from birth through age 5

A gift of $25 supports books for one child for one year
